Device Criteria

If the device you have sent in, is in the condition you explained it to be, then we normally pay within 24 hours of arrival. If there is a delay then it would be either of two:

1: Condition is not as explained or payment details provided are incomplete.

2:An external (out of our control) interruption, that is causing delay.

It is entirely up to you as how you pack your device, as long as it is packed securely leaving no excuses for it to be damaged whilst in transit. We would request that the device be covered with a few layers of bubblewrap or anything that does the same job before it is boxed up.

We would like to honest and transparent, we will not be liable for any damage caused to any devices whilst in transit. This is weather we provide you with a label or you chose to send it out to us with your own shipping courier.

If we have provided you with a label then this will be insured up to £50 only, if the device is of higher value, then we request that you arrange for a better, suitable service that will cover for it incase anything does go wrong. (To be clear this very rarely happens, although its better to be safe then sorry).

Sellmyipads.com will supply you with a Prepaid label if you have requested this. Please do remember this will be insured up to £50 only.

For products valued over £50 we recommend our customers to use their own label ( Royal Mail Special Delivery,DPD) allowing you to track and trace your items. 



Please select your model and complete the sales order, you will then have option for a sales pack to be sent out to you or for a label to be sent to you via email. You can also chose to send the device out at your own cost without waiting for the postal pack to arrive, this will save a couple of days.

Please send your device(s) within 14 days of your online order.
Orders over 14 days will Expire.

Expired order will need to be resubmitted

When using the FreePost service, it should take approximately 1-3 working days to be delivered to sellmyipads.com  With remote regional areas parcels can typically take up to 7+ days to arrive.

What Model

Your device name should appear on this page, another way to check is to check the Model number starting with "A". Then match this on google.


We have dedicated staff on updating our product range. You can contact us and request pricing. We normaly reply within 24 hours.

sellmyipads.com is required by law to record serial and IMEI numbers
Inputting IMEI or Serial number is optional, and We will complete for you, once device is received.
This is to ensure we are not processing stolen devices.


We do use Checkmend to make sure of this.

For Smartphones the IMEI number found by going to the Telephone KeyPad.

Cloud Locks

A: www.iCloud.com website.

  • Log into icloud.com/find with Apple ID and password
  • Select device from All Devices drop down and select your device (top, centre of screen)
  • Device pop up box will appear.
  • Click Remove from Account.
  • confirm by clicking Remove.
B: From another Apple device with same Apple ID (iOS 10.3 or later)
  • Tap Settings > [your name], then scroll down.
  • Tap any device name to view that device's information
  • Scroll down and Tap [ Remove from Account ]

sellmyipads.com will only honor the Buy-Back price if you are the rightful owner.
If any product or products turn out to have been reported lost or stolen, sellmyipads.com will not process payment or  any compensation for the device(s).
We are required by law to keep hold of the device untill the issue has been resolved and our reports show the device to be clean. Otherwise we shall discard of the device and shall not return this to you. We use "Checkmend" for all devices coming through the door to make sure that each device is not reported missing/lost/stolen/blacklisted.


If your device fails our testing (differs from what you have stated), we will contact you by email.
You will be given the option to accept the adjusted price, or have your device(s) returned.
We are at will to decide if we should charge you for returning a product that wasnt as described or not. All returns paid by us will be sent back with £50 insurance only, we shall not be held liable for any loss/damage on its way back to you. .
If we havent heard from you after 3 days, we will continue to process the device at our reduced price.

Any products that do not turn on are recycled and processed according to National laws and in an environmentally controlled manner, eliminating ewaste to landfill.
